Tamales are a traditional Mexican dish. It is made of masa (corn-dough) that is then filled with either Pork or Pollo Mole (chicken). You get 3 tamales in a vacuumed pack, each 120gr.
Ready to warm up in the microwave or in the steam oven - the best way to bring the variety of flavors of Mexico into your home. Perforate the plastic 3 to 4 times. Warm up for a maximum of 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the banana leaves before consumption!
