The Taco-Kit includes 500g Tortillas (appr. 30 pieces) and Salsa.

Available Options: 

 BARBACOA: Slowly cooked, braised beef, wonderfully tender and juicy that originated in the central states of Mexico. Best served with freshly chopped cilantro and onions, lime, and salsa.
 COCHINITA PIBIL: Cochinita Pibil is a traditional dish that comes from Yucatan, a very traditional Mayan state in Mexico. It is made of pulled pork and achiote which is a spice made of the red seed of the annatto tree.
 AL PASTOR: Tacos Al Pastor are widely popular throughout Mexico. This dish consists of slow roasted marinated pork. Best served with freshly chopped cilantro and onions, slices of fresh pineapple, lime, and salsa.
 CHILORIO: Chilorio is a dish from the Mexican state of Sinaloa consisting of fried shredded pork that is cooked in chili sauce and spices. Best served with freshly chopped onion.
 POLLO MOLE: This dish originated in Puebla, a beautiful historical city close to Mexico City, an indigenous recipe. Shredded chicken cooked with chicken broth and Mole Poblano sauce. Mole Poblano is a thick dark red-brown sauce that contains approximately twenty-five ingredients including Mexican chocolate. ALLERGY WARNING - CONTAINS SESAME
 NOPALES: Also known as the national veggie of Mexico. Nopales are young, flat, oval leaves from the cactus. 
 GREEN PORK: First roasted in the oven, then prepared with a spicy green salsa. This dish is known as carnitas and chicharron.

 

The Taco Kits are sent by parcel on Wednesday and are delivered between 24 and 48 hours (business days) from the date of shipment. The parcel is shipped refrigerated. Please note that all orders must be in by Tuesday 19:00 (CET) to be shipped on Wednesday.
